You implemented the plan. You have done everything that was recommended to you, and more. You also bought into the outcome of the plan. If you did everything right, you would breastfeed successfully and in a totally satisfying way. Unfortunately, you do not have control over that outcome. What do you have control over? That is what you can do here and now. And you can revel in every moment of loving contact you have with her, with no second guessing yourself or her. Can’t wait to meet her and to see her wonderful mother!

And at the end of the day, there is no wrong decision. It’s just the one you are prepared to make, that will benefit both you and your baby.

It is frustrating though.

And by do this I mean make the choices that are right for you and your family. Little Miss is going to continue to grow and thrive and she won’t remember that you were a little frantic or that she was bottle fed. I have so been there and so made those choices. I am grateful for the time that I spent breast feeding and for the time I didn’t. Love
